addition, PPM maintains frequent contacts with local universities and schools
in order to allow the students to apply their acquirements on the field
through internships and thus to prepare their professional future.

First private project supported by the European Community, PPM - PharmaProduct Manufacturing - Laboratories experienced a continuous growth since their creation in 1996 with strength of 97 people in 2002.
PPM bets
above all on human capital to drive its politics. Thus, the company endowed
itself since its creation with a strong managerial team in order to
master the growth of its strengths in a serene manner.
Thanks to a human resources policy based on development of expertise, internal
progression and solidarity with the creation of a social fund, PPM managed
to retain its employees and to favour their sense of initiative. The whole
staff continues to benefit regularly from internal trainings in varied
domains such as languages or management.
Thanks to its market knowledge, a Franco-Cambodian know-how cooperation, the careful selection of raw materials in France and the analysis conducted at every stage of production process by a quality control laboratory, PPM has developed a wide range of generics and specialties medicines, that perfectly meets the needs of the population.
Mali, Togo, Guinea, Burkina-Faso, Mauritania, Gabon, Benin, Cameroon…. More and more countries are confident in PPM's products. In 2002, turnover from export already represents 30% of total activity.
